1. Using Arkey

Arkey is operated by Degen logistics, inc, 1818 Alamance Church Rd, Greensboro, North Carolina, United States. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.

Do not use Arkey for unlawful activity, child sexual exploitation, threats, harassment, hate, fraud, spam, or violating another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights. Use the in-app reporting and blocking tools or contact us about safety concerns. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, or legal requirements.

2. Your content

You retain your rights to content you provide. You give Arkey permission to store, process, display, and deliver that content as necessary to operate the features you choose. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. Visibility depends on the feature; other users may retain copies. Account and content deletion are described in the privacy policy.

3. Optional memberships

The Free plan includes ads. Blue and Gold are optional auto-renewing memberships, offered monthly or annually where available. Both currently remove Arkey's ad placements; they are separate membership tiers. No additional Gold-only feature is promised unless explicitly shown in the app before purchase.

The app displays the store's localized price and billing interval. The store confirmation screen controls the amount charged, currency, applicable taxes, and any offer terms. An annual membership is charged for the full year up front, not in monthly installments. No free trial is included unless the store explicitly offers one.

4. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Payment is charged through the Apple or Google Play account used to purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through that store before its renewal deadline. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal may be charged within the final 24 hours. Google Play subscriptions should be canceled before the next renewal shown in Play subscription settings.

Manage or cancel through the app's Manage link, Apple subscription settings, or Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to refunds, revocations, and the store's rules.

Deleting Arkey or your Arkey account does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation does not automatically request a refund. Refund eligibility and processing follow the purchasing store's rules and applicable consumer law. Contact the store for billing/refund requests and us for access problems.

5. Restore and change plans

Sign in to the Arkey account associated with your purchase and use Restore if access is missing. Purchases are verified with RevenueCat and the store. Upgrades, downgrades, proration, and effective dates depend on your store and current subscription. Review the store confirmation before accepting a change. Manage an existing Google Play purchase through Google Play. Avoid purchasing through a second store while another subscription remains active.

6. Availability and changes

Features may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity, or provider outages. We may update the app and these terms. Material subscription or price changes will follow the store's notice/consent rules and applicable law. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

On iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app license; these service and subscription terms do not replace it or the store's purchase terms.

7. Support
